12 month later, the work on the condominium, is more than 50% complete. As I uploading the pictures on Sunday, construction workers are still very busy to rush the project. The crane towers are lifting heavy materials up and down.

According to news, the construction industry is continue rising due to strong demand in residential and commercial properties, two Integrated Resorts and the Business and Financial Centre. Hence, the building boom has created a severe shortage of highly-skilled construction workers.

Currently, there is high competition for construction workers worldwide, it is very important develop new talent by providing employment training so that they could earn better skills and experience for the new project in future.

Good on the job training and qualification can help to improve the quality of the project. A quality built environment can also helped the developers distinguish itself from other competitors, and able to establish a strong brand name.

Sky Garden at Suntec City

Sky Garden is one of my favorite place in Suntec City.

The Garden is located at 3rd floor of Suntec City, between Tower 1 and Tower 2. This is a really pretty cool place for lunch break, with the city skyline in the background and overlooking the Fountain Of Wealth.

Sometimes, I would having my take-away lunch and reading book at this cozy conner of Suntec City.
