PhotoHunt: Hot

The theme for this week Photo Hunt is HOT.

We love to eat Steamboat dishes, sometimes refer as Hot Potin Chinese.

I like the steamboat of authentic ChongQing style, where I will always ask for a split pot with a chicken broth on one side and herbal hot spicy mala soup on the other side.

First load the ingredients into the hot pot to cook.

After the food is cooked, you scoop whatever you want to eat into your bowl and dipped in a sauce or chili before eating.

I love steamboat. But too bad the hot spicy soup base over here in Malaysia is not as spicy as the original one in Chongqing. I love the spicy steamboat or hot pot there.
