Photo Hunt: Sweet
Ice Kacang or better known as Air Batu Campur (ABC) is a very popular dessert in Singapore and Malaysia. The word Kacang is a Malay word for bean, and the word “ice” is refer to shaved ice.
It is Sweet tasting and is ice primarily served with sweet flavoured syrup and jelly.
Ice Kacang comes with different fruit cocktails as the base and “rainbow-coloured” dressings on top of the ice.
Usually, Ice Kacang contains attap chee, red beans, sweetcorn, grass jelly, agar-agar and chendol to form the base. And evaporated milk is drenched over the mountain of ice to sweetened the taste.

There are many good food in Singapore, one of the best is Maxwell Food Centre in the city. You want to eat nice and cheap food, try go hawker centers.
